JSE Investor Services is excited to announce that it has entered into a collaboration with effect from 1 May 2021 with William Radcliffe, a black-owned specialist company that will offer listed companies with new value-added services that include company secretariat, share administration and trust services.
The service offering also includes the training of trustees, trust beneficiaries and employees within an employee share scheme.
The company was appointed in order to provide a holistic solution to the issuer market. William Radcliffe specialises in company secretarial and statutory services in the governance of companies, government entities, employee-share ownership schemes and community development trusts. It offers services to advise and support Boards and Trusts to implement corporate governance without administrative and clerical issues, within the law and good governance guidelines. William Radcliffe provides services to several
organisations including JSE-listed companies and government departments.
