Our costing model varies depending on the requirement – some instances we charge per meeting, others are on a monthly / annual fee, and for others, we charge a % of the placement.
- Our Hourly cost starts at R1 000ph
- For minuting from a recording we charge R1 000p/h
- If you would like us to attend a meeting we charge R1 800p/h
- Our Full Company Secretary Role Rates are as follows:
- 1 Company/Committee – R16 000 per meeting
- 2 Companies/Committees – R11 000 per meeting
- 3 Companies/Committees – R9 500 per meeting
- We can also customise any of your requirements to annual pricing if requested.
